With Keto, the typical initial reaction is weight loss with in the first couple of weeks. After that, weight loss can slow but that doesn’t mean your body has stopped changing. Measurements and pictures are key to the Keto diet. There are thousands of testimonies of people’s scales not moving but their measurements go down and so does their clothes size.

Another benefit, you don’t have to run out right away and start exercising. In fact, you should wait to exercise while your body adjusts to using ketones for energy. This usually takes a couple of weeks.

I have found that Keto is great for weight loss, plus the food is delicious. You are not suppose to be hungry on Keto. The higher, good fat intake will prevent that. I find that most people don’t like to go hungry. It’s easier to change your lifestyle and succeed if you have a satisfied tummy.
